Net Zero produced the Commercial BER Certificates for the Wyeth Nutritionals manufacturing campus in Limerick—one of the largest and most complex assessments we have undertaken.
The site spans approximately 39.5 acres with a combined floor area of almost 800,000 sq ft. Assessing the facility presented a significant challenge due to its scale, diversity of building types and the phased development of the campus. The original structures date from the 1970s, with numerous extensions and upgrades added over subsequent decades.

The assessment encompassed a wide range of activity areas, including offices, R&D facilities, laboratories, production spaces, warehousing, water treatment plant and a CHP installation. Assessing this site required detailed on-site surveys, extensive data coordination and close engagement with the client’s engineering and facilities teams.
